Welcome. I’m happy to see you here.

Chloë Frisella Kunst, CSWA

Clinical Social Worker Associate

I am Chloe, a licensed Therapist.

I am a white, bisexual, non-binary, non-monogamous and neuroqueer therapist working at the intersections of oppression, grief, trauma, liberation, and pleasure. I strive to create an environment where all parts of you are welcome. We all carry trauma in our bodies, though the bodies of people who hold oppressed identities tend to carry a greater share of our collective trauma. Yet, with this greater share of trauma may also come a deeper innate knowing of the wisdom and resilience required to move through it.

I believe that liberation, wholeness, and pleasure are our birthright. Together we can co-create a brave and curious space for you to ground into what your innate self knows is possible. I strive to hold a space that honors and supports the wisdom of your body, your mind, your life story, the earth, your ancestry and your cultures of origin.

My style draws from Somatic Internal Family Systems and Hakomi, along with other practices from somatic psychology, dance/movement therapy, neuroscience, and their lineages that have grown out of mind-body traditions from around the world.

It’s important to find a therapist that’s a good fit. Here’s what you can expect if you come to see me!

Initially, we will meet to discuss your concerns and ensure that I am a good fit for your needs. We will go through the presenting issues and develop a treatment plan that meets your and your family’s needs. For young children, I will meet with the parents individually at first. I enjoy using humor and playfulness to create a relaxed environment.
