Welcome. I’m happy to see you here.

Anna Frazier, CSWA

Clinical Social Worker Associate – Not Licensed

I am Anna, a licensed Therapist.

I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, different types of losses, grief, life transitions, parenting, and trauma. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Working with each individual is unique, and so is the relationship we build together. I am interested in finding out what is important to you, what your counseling goals are, and how I can support you in those goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life and we will work together in creating a life that feels more meaningful to you and with more overall well-being.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. My background is in mindfulness, and I also utilize motivational interviewing and draw from ACT and an attachment theory orientation. My clients appreciate my warm and empathetic presence, in a welcoming and safe space.

It’s important to find a therapist that’s a good fit. Here’s what you can expect if you come to see me!

Initially, we will meet to discuss your concerns and ensure that I am a good fit for your needs. We will go through the presenting issues and develop a treatment plan that meets your and your family’s needs. For young children, I will meet with the parents individually at first. I enjoy using humor and playfulness to create a relaxed environment.
